Sorry you are not feeling well all the more reason not to smoke. Your body and lungs are taxed and smoking is a drain on your system.
Feel better and get back to quitting.
Now is the time for you to quit all together.Cutting dowm is good,but you can only go in the wrong direction now unless you stop.

quitting is a process. Its going to take some time before you stop craving for a smoke because its an addiction.
When you crave remember the 5 D's delay, distract, deep breathe, drink water and discuss (or DS)
