Hi. I'm new to this group but not to DS.
Ive been thinking about quitting for a few months and now they are raising the per pack taxes by $1.63 on July 1. That's all the motivation I need.
I had quit once in the past by stepping down with gum and patches then I discovered Zyban and went on that and two weeks later I was quit.
I stayed away for 3yrs but went back.
Ive been back about 9yrs now.
I have an appt on July 2nd to get Chantix. I hope that none of my other meds will interact with Chantix and that it wont be a problem to get this med.
I'm just wondering if anyone has used Chantix or knows anything about it?
Any tips or suggestions would be great.
Due to hubby's time off of work, (I wanna suffer alone lol) I will not start Chantix until July 8 and hope for a July 15 quit day.

Is anyone here allergic to Sulfa that is currently taking Diamox? I have been diagnosed with IH now for almost 2 years. I am allergic to Sulfa drugs meaning that my throat will swell up so my Neurologist put me on Topamax. I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
