I know what you mean making a commitment to stay quit is hard to do. The easiest way is to do it one day at a time. Many people live a smoke free life; it eliminates a lot of respiratory problems and saves money at the same time.
You have done great so far, so why not try the one day at a time theory, I did and it worked for me and many others, it can work for you to.
Join in the Pledge and Roll Call each day, if you can, keeps you accountable and keeps the other members aware of your progress.

Perhaps read up on Good Posts here and make sure you are prepared because the craves will come....... but remember they only last a few seconds....... be ready to replace them with something.
