Do not smoke. It is disgusting, and you know it.
Stay on track... understand we will always have to deal with these "cravings"... always (or so I've been told.)
What is the next reward you have in mind, by the way? You've bought an iPhone.... what is next on your list??!!

We are all quitters in training and I'm glad you found the strength. I think it is the weather or something out there as we've all seemed to "struggle" lately or there is more mention of that "urge"
