one of my friends has told me about her horrible situation...she has been beat and raped by her father sunce she was 5, she is now 15... she finally saut help a few years ago, and was placed from foster home back and repeated...she went to live with her best friend, but then social services decided to give him back custody, so they put her into a foster home while sorting stuff out... her friends was having major problems with depression, and thought that madaline left because she hated her...the next night she commited suicide... and madeline only blames herself... she wont see otherwise... her situation is very screwed up, they have her fathers dna from inside of her, and earlier this year she was put in a short coma from being beaten... there are 2 ppl working very hard on her case right now, but she cannot get a lawyer to defend her, without her gaurdians consent... her father gets custody if he does a month of aa... hes not evan an alchoholic... i tried to convince madeline to runaway to my house... but shes afraid because of her friends who killed herself, she thinks shes a huge burden...she also has to protect her little sister of 11... as long as he can have madeline... he doesnt need the little one... her plan is to suck it up for 3 years until she turns 18... and then taking cuztody of her little sister... and that the judges are working on situations far more worse than hers... i dont even want to imagine whats worse than a father hurting there child... but i dont understand... is there anything i can do? she can do? i dont get it! how can they let and innocent adolecent b pushed back into that envirinment! why! please... is there any1 who has any advice... or has been in a similar spot... please let me know... there is no way i can know about something like this, and stand by... i will not give up... wether she does or not.
