bad electric type shock feelings?

I had electric shock type feelings due to withdrawal from anti-depressants. Are you on any meds? I had been taking paxil and had decided to go off them (bad idea) and suffered quite severe withdrawal.

The mixed-up thoughts and emotions I definitely had during flashbacks.

*hus* i get disjointed flashbacks that are all muddled up...even though it only happened a couple of weeks ago

Doesn't sound nuts. I get what some people describe as anxiety attacks when my flashbacks hit. The electric shock feeling I understand - usually starts in the pit of my stomach but feels like a million tiny electrodes all over my skin. Deep breathing helps or just grounding myself - making myself come back to the present.
