i feel words my mouth or in text almost ready
so say it and then there is no way on earth

i cant put in to words
is it guilt? is it fear is it protecting myself?
is it dinial? is it fear of smashing an ilusion
? is it i cant face it because of ?
is it because its part of who i am and if i breake it i will fall in to not knowing who iam?
or its it like a bottle that has been on a shelf for 30 years and no one opens it and its been there so long now it is the bottle that no one will open just because its been there 30years?

Or yu look into the mirror and you have this distorted image of who you are. You shatter the glass or "break the bottle" and then what will you see? What if you don't really know WHO the hell you are or COULD have been?
