As for butterflies and bubbles, you can see these behind you eyes. Close your eys now and make yourself think of childlike excitement at blowing irridescent bubbles and watching them float harmlessly, and then move your thoughts to the most beautifu butterfly you can immagine, and watch it flitter around amongst the most beautiful flowers you can imagine, and then imagine you are there, and happy for once and relaxed.
Live the moment for a few minutes.
Yes, it doe only last a few short minutes, and yes, it does take practice, but you can do it. i know you can. i never usd to think i could.
Youcan see bubles and butterflies and other wonderfl things.
I hope this helped.

I now am better to maintain & control. I see, what I want to see. It feels good. My best to you.
i stopped cutting there because i'm more scared of getting discovered than i am of destroying myself, so i've started being much more careful.
i see flashbacks to things i thought i didn't remember
I try to see a house instead, a warm house with a wide garden.
It don't always succeed but at least i tried and it do help, i somehow feel.. warm inside.
I hope all of you will also try to see positive things ^_^
