My PTSD makes me want to self-harm. Lately, it's been really bad. I feel like SI is somewhat of a grounding technique for me. Does that make sense? Anybody else have this problem?

I understand what you mean. SI for me was a way to bring me back to reality but now I have things that work better. Keep fighting it!

SI used to be the norm for me it was an unusual day if I didn't SI bit I got through it with the help n support of my wife an now it's rare that I SI
