I know that we can be so consumed with negative thoughts of cutting our selves negative tapes that play in our heads from the past. feeling unbearable pain. painful situations we are experiencing etc. so I thought we could do the positive ABC list. where we go to the alphabet and choose 1 word thing that start with the letter that we are thankful for. example A art, B baseball, C cats, D dancingyou get the idea. then whenever you're having a bad day you can come back to this post & read all the positive things yr thankful for:) I will start also if there's more than 1 word that starts w that letter you can put it down.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
