Schizophrenia is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by impairments in the perception of reality and by significant social dysfunction. Untreated schizophrenia is typically characterized by demonstrating disorganized thinking and experiencing delusions or auditory hallucinations.
I find can't find myself in peace a lot.
Sometimes - i will have a moment of peace
then I will get a clear sense of self -
and it wil last for like a couple seconds
and then I will be nervous - I will go back to worry
or anxiety - I don't have the access for how
to think without moodiness -
I need to learn to be quiet - and let myself
listen to the moment and try to give to the moment.
I know I don't need to be perfect, these are just thoughts.
