How can you know what is really real?

I am not at all confident I can distinguish reality from delusion, ever, but my physical senses are my most trusted guide. Can I smell it? Taste it? Feel it? See it? Hear it? I test with all 5 senses when I am in doubt. Delusion often takes over one or two senses at a time.
