Schizophrenia is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by impairments in the perception of reality and by significant social dysfunction. Untreated schizophrenia is typically characterized by demonstrating disorganized thinking and experiencing delusions or auditory hallucinations.
I saw part of a movie today called the secret. Really it was a documentary. It didnt teach me anything new and i turned it off cause it got really stupid, but it reminded me of a couple things. What a man thinks in his heart so is he. Whatever you think you are, focus your thoughts on youare and you become. If you are who you think you are youll do what you do out of that..Our thoughts our vision if we keep it in our minds we will reach it. It will be our reality. What you believe is always reinforced by whats around you. If you think your a great guy people will percieve this and believe what yo believe about yourself and in turn treat you like that and reinforce your reality . Reality is in our minds. What ever we think or interpret is our reality to be, is what it is ,no question. Hence I live by faith not by sight.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. We do not see the world as it is.
We see the world as we are.
When I can change my perceptions, I change the world. Simple as that is, there is nothing easy about it. Our perceptions are built from millions of tiny habits. If changing them was easy, everyone would do it.
As it is, it is MUCH easier to put on my little crusader cape and launch a political campaign for other folks to change Their perception.
