i thought it'd gone away.
i hadn't been seeing the 'monsters' in almost half a year, and 'Linds' hadn't showed up to try and comfort me.
i was at a furniture store and my mother was talking about me, she said something i didn't want to hear, and then i heard Linds.
I was having trouble not responding, but when i did, the employees would whisper and look my way.
then, i got out of the shower teh other day, and there was something in the mirror, i held back a scream and looked back and it was gone...
i hoped to god that maybe it was just my imagination.
that same night, they came back too. the monsters and their suffocating
words; their damned lies about me that everyone says isn't true.
i'm not sure what to do; my parents didn't believe me the first time,
and i can't afford to see a therepist right now.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
but it sure makes for a rough day.
When my mind - or whatever - is interfering with my day, I "just" put it on my daily inventory - right next to the toothache, sore hip or whatever - and try not to let it surprise me. I don't ignore it, but I don't exaggerate its importance, either. It is "just" there.
Sometimes I come to understand "it." More often "it" goes away on its own.
Hugs aku. There are lots of things parents can't help with. We are only human.
Meanwhile keep in mind that the things you see aren't real, they can't hurt you. The things you're hearing can frustrate you and haunt you...but they can't make you do anything. Listen without reaction, try to let it pass. It will pass!
i will keep writing here and update you guys. thanks so much. i feel just a little less lost now.
