Here is how i mannage my symptoms,,,,,,,,,,no illegal or legal drugs that will screw with meds..........get enough sleep................find friends with normal people who like hearing disorganized speech if their laughing its because your makin theri day better,,,,,,,find outlets for stress like hobbies,,,,,,,,normal people think were wierd which is okay because theri normal.

Great symptom management plan, Schizo. An additional item I have in my own symptom management plan is a therapy support network to help me keep it all on track through the weirds of life. Weird spells happen. It helps to have people I trust to help me puzzle it through.
