Well seeing as I am a hard headed young adult , I did not take yalls advice HOWEVER ! I did do something doctors and many ill people encourage to try which would be good exercise , no nicotine , no drugs or alcohol and I am going two weeks strong. Voices are still here , visions are as well but I am coping. The exercise is keeping me alert and healthy and has great alternatives. I also have not been having random sex partners as in the past. I have a steady relationship and have cut off all ties with negative people. I have good energy. Not depressed and I am cleaning to keep myself occupied.
I have set a goal to finish reading my book collection by the end of the year. Starting with To kill a mocking bird :)

I feel great and free and released and can actually smile for once with drugs in my system.
Thank you all for your input and your support. I don't have many who believe in me much so it is nice to know you all are on my side. No matter how many times I have relapsed these past 5years :)
