This may be totally out of this groups league but I felt compelled to post seeing as you guys have helped me through some pretty dark times the past 2 or 3 years.
Well here's the stitch ..
I found out yesterday that I am indeed having a little boy!! I was very elated and excited as was my boyfriend who was right beside me in the ultrasound. We went shopping and had so much fun welllllll when we got home his roommate and her girlfriends car was outside he forced me to hide the baby stuff until we got in the room. I'm not allowed to speak aloud in the kitchen or hallways basically anywhere they can hear us about this baby or even show that I'm pregnant. I want to blow a gasket. Now with that being said its stressing me out on top of the fact that I am not medicated and am having really bad symptoms as of late and can't seem to shake it this only seems to be making it worse because my voices already hate him for no good reason so they frenzy up when I get upset with him. If I bring up the fact that I feel like this is being hidden we will probably have a big argument as we have argued about giving the baby candy that ended in him calling me a retard and me crying myself to sleep. Now I will say other than this he is a total sweet heart and makes me happy but when it comes to this child I refuse to have this baby be put second to his egotistical problems or whatever it is that is making him not want to tell anyone about this pregnancy. It breaks my heart that we could create something so damn beautiful just to have him hide it. The problem I really have is that he wants the baby to have his last name and now I just think 'pshh as if' how crazy could I be to give the baby his last name and he doesn't even acknowledge it??

the fact that he is not discussing his reasons with you tells me he is feeling guilty and wanting to control it cause he could really get in trouble ....
i so hope im wrong...
just dont argue at all and control that part of it as you can... let him be himself and dont judge ... if he is feeling guilty that would just make it worse...
ask him why he needs to keep it quiet ... and let him know you have a difference of opinion ...
he is bound to support you one way or another... legally ... who money are you spending ? yours ?
Max- Marriage would be very nice but I have personally decided as important as having a martial relationship with my sons father is to me that I am personally not mature mentally or emotionally enough to be married at this age. I am just not ready to be married.
My first baby was a surprise package during my second year of college. Single mother, daddy not viable. I didn't let myself worry about the politics. A healthy baby was top priority. Let the rest sort itself in time, and it did. Daddy never did become viable in my case, but life has many compensations.
small moves, shanese. Don't make the roller coaster any more exciting than it has to be. Healthy baby first. Grown up politics later.
