Hi im new to this group. I recently got diagnosed with schizophrenia last year. And i also am bipolar and have depression. I currently enrolled in on campus classes but i want to switch to online due to being alone on campus and being schizophrenic. Lately Ive been depressed and have random abouts of tears. Is there any coping skills that could help me not look like a wreck? Thanks for reading

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. I, too, have multiple dx'es in my psych portfolio. It sure gets confusing, but the good news is that it gives me more than one place I can look for help with my symptoms of the day.
Regrettably, this is one of the slowest moving forums on DS, but there is lots of good emotional support to be found in the other forums. I hope I'll see you in one of them. I keep this forum on my newsfeed, just in case, and have even seen a few rounds of active dialog here, but. . . Sigh. . .

College mostly teaches acemecy classes. It might helps you to find a job. But they will not teach how to get rich. How to be successfull and how to be happy.
