The voices keep telling me that the figures and shadows are going to attacks me and that the only way to fend them of is blood so I want to cut to keep them away and see if it works because they are being really aggressive with me, it'll be a couple days before I can see my psychiatrist and get my meds cause my ma doesn't have the money right now, what do I do?

I love the term, "Aggressive shadows." It elegantly describes the voices which motivated me to take up shadow boxing. Shadow boxing can be done anywhere there is a physical shadow and, yes, I literally box with my own shadow. I especially like finding spots where electric lights are casting multiple shadows. Place lamps in a wide circle around you and you will have shadows enough to box in full circles. Take that, you lying, scheming creep! Makes for allot of symbolic meditations while I am working out my aggression, too. . . It is good exercise, to boot.
