It's the frequency that worries me. I go through periods when the meds suppress everything. Then for some reason a few. With Kineret it always went back to normal. With Rituxan, time for a new infusion.
Life, I never know what will swell and pain next. I've had both hands and arms from the elbows to wrist flare almost while I'm watching - this was in the first weeks of onset. It makes it hard to plan ahead.
