Best wishes to all. Happy Thanksgiving
I took 4 pills the first week and jumped up to 8 thereafter. I had nausea off and on. 36 hours after taking the meds, I have a pain spike, so I have some tramadol that I take if it bothers me too much on that day. The first few weeks I have overwhelming fatigue at 36-48 hours. I got up late, slept the whole day, and then went to bed early.
Now isn't so bad. Then again, I've always had the stomach of a goat, so I just hope that holds out. I do take folic acid every day and I take a probiotic that helps a lot with my digestive system.
I took my first small round on Monday night.
No effects really the next day. I was able to put in a full day. And today it seemed like it took less time to get going in the am even though i walked a mile and rode the bike for 25 minutes yesterday.
Today i have so much energy i am almost euphoric. But i better slow down so i won't poop out tomorrow.
So far.... it's been wonderful. And i know this thread helped me with my fears. I finally decided that if it works for other ppl or can work for me, too.
