Looking forward to seeing my Rheumy in the USA next month. If he asks me to recall specifics such as length of flares, when certain joints started being involved, etc., I don't think I could provide that.
Have any of you used an App on your iOS device to document pain and related information? If so, which app was your favorite and why? I see that there are some pain record apps out there, but most are paid apps and I wonder if they will be comprehensive enough to document the multiplicity of symptoms/locations involved with RA.

No help as to an App. but I keep a notebook where I write this kind of information for flares or pain etc. I can then be more specific at a Rheumy appointment. I also write down any questions I have.

I used RheumaTrack. I used it on my Android, but got my iPhone last week and was delighted to see it (and Free!) in the App Store. I do a check daily around 10 am. I also will do another when I am feeling rough.

I d/l'd the RheumaTrack as well. While it asked targeted questions about overall level of pain, length of stiffness, etc., I wish it would have been able to differentiate by joint - for example, wrists hurting quite intensively while ankles only mildly so, or by type of pain, amount of swelling. Entering data and seeing a trend could be useful. Stephanie, I'lll have to give Pain Diary a look.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
