When I started feeling a bit more ready, I did Leslie Sansone DVDs (walking), would record that Sit and Be Fit TV show for days I didn't think I could walk (fatigue was a big player for me, too). I am now able to attend yoga classes a few times a week (but a few years ago, I never would have made it through a class). Sometimes I overdo it and am reminded that I'm not in charge of this disease and it does what it wants :).
