As for your goal, when my RA was good, I exercised at least 6 days a week. I got up to 35 km on a bicycle. One thing I did learn was to alternate days with different things. So I would cycle on one day, with stretches, then do weights with stretches the next day. I am trying swimming a bit, but right now that is not working well. I will persist.
Anyway, funny about the shorts, and great about the weight loss. I need to lose 50 lbs too. I'm down on prednisone, when I get off there will be no excuse.
