I take 8 pills now. I built up over a period of a few weeks. Now I take mine on Thursdays. (2 at lunch, 3 with dinner, 3 with some crackers at bed.) just these few hours gave me a some relief from the side effects. I then can push through work on Fridays and sleep really good Friday night and then have a good weekend. it did take about 2 months to feel a real difference, hang in there.
So for me fix a day and plan to be down that day even if you've been doing without effects.
