Retreat 2012 - Let's choose dates

April 20-21 is not available. Every other weekend in April and May IS available.

April 6 weekend is Easter and Passover weekend.
May 25-27 encompasses Shavou'ot.

How about April 26-29 or May 3-6?

Any ideas? Flights from AZ right now are about $260 with all fees included. That's $60 cheaper than last year. And yeah... I was lookin' :) LOVE thinking about the retreat!!

ME TOO!!!! I can't wait!!! I will be leaving from Grand Rapids and the tickets are cheep! But driving sounds fun.

I've counted up the votes.

The two with the MOST votes is April 26-29 and May 3-6.

I've also taken into account weekends when someone would NOT be able to come. April 26-29 excludes one person, and so does May 3-6. But May 3-6 got a few more votes for people who preferred it.

Thus, can May 3-6 be the designated weekend?

Got confirmation - Campground is ours for those dates! And although I haven't heard back from Bill's manager yet, there's nothing on his schedule so I expect no problems there. Looks like it's official now!

Matt, what happened to option 3? Looking back, there wasn't anyone who said they could not do it and those who hesitated can make it work even if it's not their first choice. Then no one would be left out...
