Retreat 2012 - Let's choose dates

April 20-21 is not available. Every other weekend in April and May IS available.

April 6 weekend is Easter and Passover weekend.
May 25-27 encompasses Shavou'ot.

How about April 26-29 or May 3-6?

I absolutely can not do option number 4 That is my finals week.

Option 1, May 3-6. I like option 4 also, but Megs would be missed :)

Just a preference cause of my kids school schedule. I could make any of them work, though.

I can make Option 1 partially work for me. The others absolutely do not work for me.

Option 1 or Option 4 are good, but actually, I would try and make any of them work. I guess it will be difficult to embrace everybody's wants and needs Matt. Does it also depend a little on when Bill is free? I guess that may be the deal breaker/ maker in the end.

It does, but if we're this early we can pretty much get any dates we want.

What I meant is that Option 1, I can figure out how to make that work if needed, but Option 4 is best.

The only one of those dates I CAN make work is option 3. 17-20th.

I can do option 3, no problem. My kids get out of school that week, but I have a good "other half" who can handle that :)

I can't do option 3. Sorry about that. I promised my daughter to take her to an overnite thing that weekend. :(

I can make the May 17th - 20th work for me if that's when the finals for college students are over and done with. I know that no weekend is perfect for everyone and while the 17th is not perfect for me, what I have planned is not as end all be all as the college students missing prepararation for their finals or the final exam itself. We seem to have a lot of college related timing issues..how bout a show of hands...besides Heidi, Laura and Megan who else needs early May to prepare for exams and take them? April seems like it would be a good month...earlier than the last weekend but since we have the religious holidays to take into account, it's obvious we are all going to have to make some tough choices when it comes to attending.

Is April 13th an option? I would not mind forgoing the end of Passover. If it does not bother anyone else here, I just can't figure out a good way for the 17th.

I say we have another one in October and then do it then every year! No finals, or end of semester junk! Should be a nice time of year, too, no?
