How about the weekend straight after Easter? ie 13th/14th? Can do either of the other two as well. Could we not just do all of those weekends? Or is that being greedy?

We can do every darned weekend you want, as long as we can afford it. I see no problem with April 12-15.

OK, I will be teaching so, I am going to be a bit limited on my timing. Could we do the same weekend that we did this year? The weekend after mother's day - May 19/20. That would give me the least traveling conflicts.
The other two are ok. I am just not as flexible in my travel plans.

The last one that Brit recommended is the tail end of Passover. I guess that I could go, but it is not my preference.

My vote would be May 19/20.

I meant that I am constrained on traveling a bit more because I have to be careful of how many lectures that I miss, so May 19/20 removes those constraints.

College wise, April 26-29 is week before exams, with exams the following May 3-6. Not sure if anyone else is in school or if little kiddos graduations begin that soon.

May 19/20 sounds great. But April 12-15th I'm aure is doable.

I'm good for either April 26-29 or May 3-6. If the entire month of May is available why don't we just go for the whole month of May?

April would be really really hard for me because it is the end of the semester and I can not miss more than one day of clinicals or I am kicked out of the program! May 19/20th sounds perfect for me or any other weekend after the first weekend in may! How bout June are those dates opened?

I think they avoid June because of the heat factor Megan. I have not ultra preference, except, Spring Break where I work is an issue because of the numbers of co-workers and doctors with kids who break. I am not sure exactly when that is, but it is usually in April.

As for the May calendar, 19/20 is great for me. But, I don't really have a "bad" weekend in May...the 5/6 would be do-able as any, I suppose. I am just wary about April. It seems alot of co-workers ask off then, so I may not be able to get it. I have to ask no greater than 6 months in advance...so, I suppose if I post it on a calendar to request it...just let me know what works for most and I will try to comply. :)

June is no way--it's over 100 degrees here almost every day.

Ugh... I hate to do this. I realized that the month of May is set up completely differently than last year. We have one less weekend.

It turns out that my daughter competed in the Jr. Maccabi games in the mid-atlantic this year. I so promised her that we would go back. It is an overnight in Delaware. That weekend turns out to be the worst.

June would be great for me (early June). The May 5/6 is actually better.

However, I was on my bike ride thinking about this. No weekend will be perfect for all of us. You guys are like family to me. So, I will come for whatever part that I can. I feel like OK is a place that I need to go each year. So, I will come for whatever part that I can. Hopefully, if I go early, some will be there.

It is so hard to think about all of these dates now, but this is why you ask!!! :)

I'd prefer April...anytime...later in the month if possible as not to miss flights due to blizzard like we got up here this year. I'd prefer to stay out of May but school conflicts for others are an issue it looks like. I vote for NO June dates

I like April. Being SA awareness month, we may be able to elicit more donations for stuff like the pizza again and such. The weather should be awesome too. Not too hot. It should work with school too because finals aren't quite upon you yet. It's not "crunch time" yet, and people who have to proctor and teach won't have to deal with last minute grading and such.

My vote is April 26th.

Last weekend in April is good, as is first weekend in May (in the UK the 5/6 is a bank holiday so that means we have to take less leave from work). June sounds way too hot and sun-burny
I love the idea of having it in SA month - we don't even have a day here. For me, that makes it special, but happy to go with the flow.
