It's normal for Don to feel depressed. You'll do the same from time to time. This is a terrifying diagnosis for all of us.
Don't worry about going directly to the Gamma Knife people. We all need to be very proactive. The oncologist would also be more concerned about controling the mets in the brain first and foremost. You are very blessed to have a daughter in the medical field.
It's great that y'all were able to get out and be with family. We all need the love, support, and laughter.
Hugs,
Ingrid
I hopeyour visits with the Radiation Oncologist and the Oncologist will give the answers you're needing.Hang in there, sweetie and make sure you look after yourself, too.
Love and hugs
sending many hugs and prayers to you and your sweet husband. I have no words of wisdom, just know you are in my thoughts and prayers.. At this point we just have to take one day at a time, sometimes one moment and cherish them all.
hugs,
Annette
You and Don are very much in my prayers and thoughts. I wish I could give you a hug in RL. I hope that the Gamma Knife surgery goes well.
Try to live each day as it comes. I know you are scared and worried and don't want to fall apart in front of Don and my heart goes out to you.
Sending you love, hugs and strength,
Angel
I'm sending you prayers for successful treatments for your husband. I'm sure you are scared, not knowing what the outcome will be. I pray you have some good news soon.
