Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Xarelto 10mg

Anyone have any experience with 10mg? I have been on 20mg for 4 years and in the past year my hema switched me to the 10mg. I'm now about 10 months in and noticing more 'twinges" in my calves and chest. Not sure if it's just anxiety, or caused by less thinning from the 10mg?

When did the twinges start? How’s your hydration? I’m still on 20mgs of xarelto.

It seems to have really started over the past month, but particularly bad the past 2 weeks. I hadn't seen the hema or any doctor since February. We moved to Dallas in June and its been a whirlwind of change. New job, new industry, taking care of 2 moms (mom and MIL).
Is it possible to have DVT and not have any swelling or soreness?

Yeah sure you could have a clot without swelling or redness but tingling to me isn’t in and of itself a dvt symptom. Is it possible you’ve just over done it? I mean I still get weird sensations in my dvt leg periodically.

Sounds like a lot of stress for you too.

Maybe it’s worth establishing care with a doctor in your area sooner than later just for peace of mind. Not sure a hematologist is needed but at least a primary care doc.

Yes, I just saw new family doc last week. Still waiting on my CBC results. She referred me to a hema to discuss the Xarelto issue.

So that’s a good start! I bet things are fine. It’ll be good to have someone re-evaluate your dosage just for peace of mind.

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
