Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
I have had these momemts myself...I know it feels defeating but like like SandieG said, just remember were we came from.
We have to focus on the positive not the negitive( so hard for me to do anyway )
We have crossed over to feeling good more then bad and that really important to note in your mind, over and over again if you have to.
i cant think of any other circumstance where im actually happy i have a damn cold...the other options are BLEGH.
One more work day to go and then its R&R all weekend!
