Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
As of today! Hurrah! I went to primary care and said... OK.... 6 months and all is clear... had ultrasound in Mar and was clear then, but knew that she would keep me on. I've had other health issues and been back to hospital for sinus issues... BUT, this part of my life is over for now ... and hopefully, forever! We know that putting a velcro ankle brace on for 4 straight days is NOT a good thing and I promise to never do again. This group has been a God-send to me when I was so confused and lost. I'll check back every now and again and give any good advice that I can to others. There is light at the end of the tunnel on PE's..... blessings to all on here! Donna

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
