Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

The only chance to this article is Dabigatran received FDA approval for Atrial Fib. Rivoraxaban (Xarelto) is still pending approval (at least here in the U.S.). Talking to the senior product manager for Rivaroxaban (Xarelto), once approved it will be used for post Ortho Surgery (knee and hip) and Atrial Fib. The other trials as ElaineV has mentioned are a little further down the pipeline.
There still is no way to reverse the bleeding process with either Dabigatran (Pradaxa) or Rivaroxaban, however, there are clincial procedures to take to reduce bleeding risks if needed during emergencies:

I'm sticking with warfarin for now - but I do admire the courage of anyone who is willing to be a guinea pig for the rest of us! My anxiety would never let me.
