Hello everyone. Last night I don't remember if I took my 20 mg of Xarelto or not. I'm going to wait to just take my dosage tonight like normal but I'm freaking out because I'm not sure if I took it or not. Has anyone else forgot to take a dose and were fine ?

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
More importantly, this is a good time to figure out how to be sure in the future. Can you write down the date and # of pills so you can count them if needed? Or what about getting a days of the week pillholder to track it? Or some other method.
I use a weekly pill box. Best invention ever. I leave the lid up after taking my daily pills. That way at a glance I can tell I took it because the lid is up.
