By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

More importantly, this is a good time to figure out how to be sure in the future. Can you write down the date and # of pills so you can count them if needed? Or what about getting a days of the week pillholder to track it? Or some other method.
I use a weekly pill box. Best invention ever. I leave the lid up after taking my daily pills. That way at a glance I can tell I took it because the lid is up.
