Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
I had a PE on 1/1/17 and recovery is different for all. I have great days and days where I feel tired but I'm always working towards progression and try to not let the mental side get me.
I would encourage you to be patient but even more importantly just be positive.
This is hard deal for all of us regardless of severity so just know that we are here together and for support!
Be patient and it'll pass.

So you're not alone. I don't know how long it may take to get our energy back but I thank you for sharing your story. I know it's not just me. Just day it one day at a time. We will get better. Hugs.
