Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
after being diagnosed with PE I’ve had 2 absences from work all due to my new condition. I had a meeting with my boss today and was told I’m facing a formal disciplinary which may end up a dismissal as I’m still on probation, or I can resign and when I’m well enough reapply for my job! If I resign I’m unemployed without any benefit entitlements but if I attend my disciplinary and get dismissed Then I can’t work in that business again and will also not be entitled to any benefits with the added dismissal on my employment record! My boss is super supportive and she thinks resigning is probably best as she would Ensure I would be guaranteed a job when I’m well enough! What the actual hell guys! I don’t need this added stress!!!!!!! Opinions welcome and needed please!!!!

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
