Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

But I know what you mean about physical limitations not matching up with your own self-image. In my mind, I'm strong and fit and able - but put me through a half hour aerobic routine and, well, I can't make it through a half hour aerobic routine, who am I kidding! And really, we've got to do something about Level Orange Ozone Days - it's not good for ANYONE to live in polluted air; we'll eventually all have compromised lungs.
A pea plant! That is so bizarre!
