Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

I'm freaking out.
I was bending down to get something from the freezer, and bumped my head a little against the back of my water filter.
I've had worse head bumps before, and this wasn't bad, but it hurt a little.
Should I be worried about internal bleeding?!
On eliquis 5 MG, next dose in two hours.

It sounds fairly benign. I would say if you develop a screaming headache, the the worst headache ever, or feel not yourself, get checked out. I’ve hit me my head hard, like seeing stars hard, and I was ok. But everyone is different.

My hematologist is a worrier.. I told him my laptop SLID on my head and bumped it a little and he wanted to send me for a CT and make sure I wasn’t bleeding lol everyone is different but I would give your doctor a call and see how you feel. I agree with the comment above about the headache, if you feel you should get checked out just do it! It’s better to be safe than sorry!

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
