Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
Make sure to take it easy tomorrow. My biggest mistakes came from when I thought I was "all better" and tried to go back to normal. My body would sit me down and say "Nut-uh!" Must feel good to have the place clean though. Yay!

I'm glad you are getting some semblance of normalcy back. For me cleaning and organizing help me feel like my life is in better order too and makes it easier to function. I hope you can settle down with a good contented feeling and a great book tonight and revel in it! Every little bit helps!
Yeah, the sooner I just started doing this kind of normal stuff, the sooner I started feeling normal again. It's psychologically really important to take your life back.
Personally, and I know that most people will disagree, so this is only my take, but I think it's good to push ourselves a bit, and maybe sometimes more than we think. Now if you have a heart issues or something like that, you may need to take more caution. But our bodies are amazingly resilient. I went back to work so soon after my PE, that I was just worn out and drained. But I felt like, what am I sitting around for? I'd rather be dead tired than a turnip sitting on the couch. Of course, this is ME. I'm not telling everyone to get off their a$$es. I just think fatigue is going to happen, and I think it's ok. I mean, we aren't going to die from fatigue.
