Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

38 and Have Pulmonary Embolism In both lungs

Doctors say I’m strong as an ox. Have great vitals yet put me on A blood thinner to eliminate clots , does this work?  



Im a father of three a husband and love my family. But I’m confused and nervous.  Anyone have some experience in success ?

Anticoagulants are the appropriate treatment after being diagnosed with a clot. They help prevent new clots from forming as your body starts to resolve the clot. So yes they work. Survival rate is pretty excellent once diagnosed and treated. How long you need to be on anticoagulants depends on what cause the clot, size of the clot, extent of the clot etc. Don’t be shy about asking your doctor questions.

My understanding is the eliquis I’ll be on for life. How I have two one in each lung is beside me. Im OCD with anxiety.

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
