John, the first couple of months are such a roller coaster ride. I'm so glad you are feeling more grounded. I swear that the hardest part of PE recovery is the emotional aspect, at least that's how it was for me. This site provides so much perspective after your first diagnosed. I know I'd have been lost without it myself in the early days of PE recovery.

Keep looking towards the sun for better days ahead (if you can find the sun because it's like the never ending winter in these parts!)

Same here in Indiana as far as weather.....! LoL. I'm ready for the sun and warmth!

I have been amazed at the knowledge and willingness to help on this site. I kid not when I tell folks I learned more about my PE from this site vs the Dr and ICU nurses. The aspect I was not prepared for Going home was the mental and emotional ride. But I will take your encouragement and look to the sunny better days ahead......Life is good indeed!

Man... you sound SO much better at one month out than I was doing. It really took me a few months to get my equilibrium back and to feel like I was on my feet again. And I'm most speaking emotionally there, not so much the physical aspect of recovery. Glad to hear that you're doing so well! Good times ahead!
