Well after usin for two days straight, I slept for almost four days. Today I was takin my perscribed dose & takin it by mouth. I did fine all day, till it got later at night, I was have really bad cravings! I'm weanin myself from usin the way I do. I can't do cold turkey! I have faith in myself that I'll be able to go back to takin my regular dos & takin it by mouth.
I'm really hurtin my best friend, cuz she thinks she's failin me by not helpin enough,. She's doin all she can & I love her for it. That's another reason I have to hurry & recover quickly, so I don't hurt her anymore! She was in tears tonight & I felt so bad!
More tomorrow.

Thats the primary reason why I stopped abusing drugs...I finally had feeling enough to feel the hurt and emotional pain I was causing my family and friends and I didn't want to hurt them anymore. We know what addiction does to addicts and we know what it does to the addicts family which is why we call addiction a family disease! You not only hurt yourself but you hurt those who love you as well!

If you have a problem taking your medication as prescribed, it is best to speak to your doctor about it. He/she will help you.

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
