I let myself down, I am freaking out and i don't know what to do. There is no excuse for me to use, I wish I could take it back but I fked up. I am in drug court and an outpatient.
I've been clean 7 months, with using absolutely nothing. I had a bad week... and during that bad week I ran into one of my old using buddies. Of course he got worse than last time I saw him. And I allowed myself to get talked into using.
I am freaking out. I used thursday, and I go back to my outpatient on tuesday. I am about to risk going to jail, and starting all over. I don't know why I did it, and I can barely keep my thoughts straight. I used rock, hard caine. I guess there's something beside the actual drug that can be detected for up to 30 days?
My mind is racing, my counceler told me I was soo close to finishing, and I might have just messed it all up. I want to tell him and beg him for forgiveness... I dont want to screw up.. my future.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Next is to call your sponser whenever you get a craving! If you have more then one sponser, call them all! You need to maintain that connection with your support system, otherwise you will fail! It's just a matter of time!
So you had a slip and I hope you understand what caused it so you can prevent it from happening in the future! If you don't learn from your mistake, my friend, you will just continue to repeat that same mistake over and over. I have been there and done that!
You have a disease for which there is no cure, only control which is why you need to keep going to NA meetings and apply the 12 steps to your everyday life!
Your whole won't end just because you had a little slip as long as you learn from it and take measures to prevent it from happening again. Tell you addiction, you fooled me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!
Good Luck!
That's the MAIN reason I've been able to stay clean. I stay away from them. Go figure one day we ran into each other and the freaking guy blows up my phone every day now! Min of 10 calls a day.
I told my GF I am changing my phone number, they live 20 minutes away. I am fully isolating myself.
I've literally seen my GF every day, and have a hard time leaving her, because she keeps me clean. Gonna try to figure a way to get by this one... and leave all this behind me forever.
Your GF is keeping you clean so it would be a great idea to move in together!
You have a good head on your shoulders and I know you will get through this one!
God Bless and TC!
