oxycodone horrible withdrawl 2 days out.
I had neck surgery about 4 months ago and they sent me home w/ oxy;s.
Well for some reason i didn't get my new script in the mail the other day and now i have almost all the withdrawls and more to come.*I am still constipated and wondered if i should take something to speed up the loose stools that are surely to be coming.(sorry 4 the T.M.I.)I just feel doing this will help speed up getting the poisons out of my system.
I might get my get my new script in the mail Monday and wonder if i should take it and back of it slowly or go with the withdrawls since they have already started.I feel horrible now i can even imagine how hard it would be to get of the oxy's 10 yrs down the road.
I was in this group last yr sometime fighting the evil drug"XanaX"
This drug was making feel like i was going insane while i was trying
get off of it.I finally found an addiction specialist to help me get off that drug.I did the Ashton protocol and y i am now free of that drug.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
I am curious as to why you believe you still need these 4 months after surgery? It sounds like you are more concerned with withdrawals then you are with neck pain!

IMO it is better to go through a safe, doctor supervised detox then to quit cold turkey. You run the risk of seizures and need to be monitored closely.
I think you should talk to your doctor first thing monday morning, get yourself detoxed and get off them for good!

You always have great advise. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning w/my dr to talk about detoxing from these meds.
