Well, my ex was givin me my three Ritalin a day, but I would ask my dad for extras, so my ex gave up & gave me my pills back. So then I aked my 22 year old sone to give them to me. I bugged him so much for extras, that he gave me my pills back too. So of course I stayed up for almost two days & finished all my pills. I had no Ritalin for over a week! I just got them filled yesterday. I have 15 extras, but I owe my dad 10, so I used five last night. I actually only have eight to give him now.
Now you're probably wonderin what I'm gunna do with my pills. Well I plan to prove to everyone that I can handle my pills on my own. My dose is three pills a day. So that's all I'm gunna take for the day. I'm not runnin out again & goin with no pills again! If I feel myself slippin, I'll just give the bottle back to my ex & promise him no more then three a day. I know I won't have any problems tho. Gunna prove to myself too that I can do it & be trusted. I'm actually ready to do this. Feels good to be in control again. I'll keep you updated on how I'm doin, by writin in my journal. I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
I think if you are having a problem taking those as prescribed, you may need to get help to do so like counseling or more support.
It sounds like you ex and your dad are getting sick of the addiction games you were playing so I really hope you can change and take control of those yourself.
If you can take them as prescibed for 3 months then you will have things under control.
