I used my meds just how I was supposed to. Less even. I went for a long walk today so I ended up taking 3 of the 4 percocets that I am allowed. And only needed one anxiety pill when I can take 2.5.
Am I allowed to give myself some kudo points?

That is good. Try thinking to yourself just before you want to take one, "Do I really need it. Am I really in pain, or do I just want to feel good." Also try splitting them in half. You will want more because your body will want more, but if you really want to get off them, you need to be very serious, and stick to it. The other option is to wait until later to get serious, and possibly have to go through some serious withdrawel, and that is not fun. All the best. James

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
