still not able to deal with my life... was assaulted almost three years ago; never could overcome driving phobia or being an incest victim or having varicose veins and lymphedema in my left leg.. mostly over being assaulted. But still having insomnia from a messed up sleep pattern when I was having nightmares. Trying not to go back to excedrin pm, but the insomnia is so bad. It's really bad when melatonin supplements, a drug I take to combat swelling in my leg, and alcohol come into play. I took the Water pill, which caused dizziness, and then unexpectedly drank 4 Long Island iced teas, beer and mead in one night. I spent the next day in bed, almost thought I'd have to go to the hospital because I couldn't stop vomiting. Even pepto wouldn't work. I just want "downers" to make me have that dreamless sleep.
