How can you loose weight and possibly be pregnant?

I need to know what to do if I am pregnant and going to have a baby and try to live through it--I'm more than 50 lbs overweight.

You need to see an OB/GYN and / or midwife. They can help give you guidelines for gaining / maintaining your weight while pregnant. 1/2 of all American women are overweight and 1/3 are obese, so your doctor or skilled birth attendant has seen plenty of women who started pregnancy overweight. Mayo Clinic recommends 11-20 lb weight gain for women 50 lb overweight:

Read What to Expect While Expecting. It gives you dietary and weight gain guidelines and help finding a doctor. It also say many times NEVER go on a diet and try to lose weight when you're pregnant. You're supposed to be focused on the baby and their health as well as your health, not your weight.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
