does anyone else take b6 for pms? i have just got some and ive heard its good for that.

I haven'theard that but I just started taking something from GNC called 5-HTP, a natural seratonin, one at bedtime and I have been feeling better and sleeping tons better. It says that it helps to enhance moods.

yes they are good its the b vitamins they say us women need more than any others i bought some time release b vitamins(its worth paying the extra and buying a good make not a supermarkets own brand ) b vitamins are good for the nervous system

yh i take em but i get mine from the doc and they are called something different and in rather high dosage. they do work!! lol
