I know it's not gonna happen, But, I have so many different scenario's running through my mind.
First of all, I don't think I have to worry about My Friend's Mentally disabled brother anymore, He has alzheimers desease, But, what I am concerned about is, My friend's Kid's, I feel like his behavior might have gotten to them Phsycologically Or Physically
My mom did say that his mom said that he is in their lives "somehow" Which tells me that he is not totally in their lives.
I did read an article about abuse, How You have seporate the person from abuser.
That's why I am hesitent to meet my friends' kid's, cause they might start phsycallogically Physically abusing me, Telling me what to do and how to do it, Maybey Talk down to me. I can see one kid asking me what differant guitar chord's are, and one moving their mouth making the sooung of the letter subtaly, I can hear and see one of them asking me, what is this chord at the same time their saying it, talking to me like I'm a child, (That's right 'Chord name') Like they tought me I am playing a song, Them saying You don't know what what Your doing. And one teasing the hell out of me Just like their uncle use to do, Only difference is he doesn't know better...They do, And their parent's not doing anything about it, My mom Useing the Rhtorical "NO SHORE" on me, She know's that person is gonna get their way, Then I'll why she does that, She'll say Who do You think Your talking to, Or she can't help it, Which I know are tactic's.
So why does it feel so real, It feel's like it's really happening, I don't mean to talk ill of my mother or anyone, I'm really not that kind of person.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
that gift is a blessing when i can channel it into a moment of musical/artistic/crafted expression. not so much when i am channeling it into reliving bygone trauma and it's offspring, self-fulfilling prophecy.
but that is me and every case is unique. . .
steadying support while you sort your own case.
This is a link to help to deal with them.... xo

I thought it would be corny. I never kept a diary for long in my life, and the few times I did when I went back and read it my diary was really boring. But this Gratitude Journal suggestion really works for me. It's simple. Every night I have to complete the sentence "I am grateful for ____ because _____ ."
But if your like me, I just want an escape sometimes from the negative thoughts. They are too frequent and unwanted.
Hobbies that involve distractions and focus work for me. Art has been helping me.
I also keep a calendar which in the end has a list of all the things I accomplished for the month. It helps to keep me in a positive mindset. There’s also a list for things that didn’t get done but “its okay.” That keeps me humble.
Hobbies are great as a distraction, Also, This family are really gifted musician's.
So, it's like one is trying to contradict everything I know musically, (been playing for.......It will 40yrs in August)
For years I never thought about all this, Until my friend, ask me......well not asked "CAN HE POST" She has a mentally Handicapped brother, And the family has always wanted us to "humor" him to make him think he can show me how to do stuff, When others have to tell and show him. But, theirs alot more to the story, And it's a long one. (don't want to bore You)
Merry Christmas!
